The School Media Center
The Middle School Media Center provides students with access to a large assortment of text-based resources, reference materials, and computer technology.

Faculty routinely bring students to the media center to accomplish research in concert with classroom materials and curriculum. Students may access the Media Center with a presigned pass from Ms. Glasser during the school day. The Media Center is open after school three or more days weekly until 2:50.

To learn more about the resources and learning opportunities available through our School Media Center please contact our Media Center Specialist Florence Glasser at glasserf@bpcsd.org.

After School Help
Faculty are available to work with students after school who are having difficulty understanding homework or project assignments.

Faculty frequently request students to remain after school in order to offer academic assistance or help with completing homework. It should be understood that teachers, under NYS education law, cannot compel students to remain after school. Only parents can compel their children to remain after school.

Our faculty can keep parents informed about their child's attendance after school and participation in this tutorial help. Please contact your child's teachers to arrange an agreeable means for communicating such information.

The Homework Hotline and EMAIL
Parents are encouraged to use this device as a check on homework completion. Parents are also encouraged to correspond about any concerns or questions via faculty email.
