With respect to NYS tests, testing periods occur in short time blocks over
several days
to enable students to 'be at their best' during test-taking
intervals.
Parents are asked to make sure that your child is physically well and rested.
A good night sleep
prior to testing increases your child's ability to think
clearly. A nutritious breakfast the day of testing helps children
keep up
their enery and perform at their personal best.
